Improved Inspector workflow

We've made a number of changes to the Inspector to make it easier to explore and work through your issues. The sidebar now lets you choose to work on Problems, Decisions or Suggestions at any time. (Problems and Decisions were previously known as "Confirmed" and "Potential" issues). Problems are items that should be fixed, Decisions are decisions you need to make, e.g. confirming whether a word is spelled correctly or not, and Suggestions are optional recommendations for how to improve a page. Once you work through the issues, you will be prompted "What next?": From here you can either move on to a different type of issue, or onto the next page. This makes it much easier to work through a given test. You can also now navigate between mobile and desktop tests for the same page, using the drop down list in the top right:
